Modeling and simulation will range from low-fidelity (analytical) to high fidelity (pulse-to-pulse), depending on the analysis requirement. Successful candidates will create image products/text reports and disseminate them to theater warfighters and national command authorities/customers; exploit and produce image products and report 100% of MASINT tasking designated with 95% accuracy within 24 hours from time of collection. At the core sites (DGS 1-5), shift work is required in support of 24/7 worldwide MASINT operations. Employees assigned to a crew duty position will be responsible for completion of training requirements and maintaining currency and Mission Ready (MR) status. Mission ready status entails the completion of Initial Qualification Training (IQT) within 30 calendar days upon entry into training, Mission Qualification Training (MQT) within 30 calendar days upon entry into training, and Continuation Training (CT) requiring the operator to perform a minimum of one mission every 120 days. IQT consists of those job qualification standards (JQS) associated with mission positional equipment. MQT consists of those JQS items associated with target and theater knowledge. CT consists of those additional training items necessary for certification but not part of IQT or MQT. CT is necessary in order to maintain proficiency and improve mission crew capability and knowledge, skills, and tasks. Contractor will also maintain Instructor Rated Operator (IRO) certification.
