Our people are the most important asset in our pursuit of achieving excellence in education, research, and community service. Our staff not only enjoy outstanding benefits and professional growth opportunities, but also an environment noted for diversity, community involvement, intellectual excitement, artistic pursuits, and natural beauty.

Sales Development Manager

Our client is a global supplier of engineering, design, analysis and testing services to the aerospace and automotive markets. The North American activities have, to this date, concentrated on the automotive sector; but recent developments are resulting in a major growth opportunity focused on the aircraft and aerospace sectors in North America.
This growth plan creates the ideal opportunity for the right knowledgeable and aggressive sales professional to get in on the ground floor and help shape the development of company growth in this market.
Current capabilities present opportunities in the engineering, design, prototype, mock-up and potential production of aircraft interior components and systems, including seats, trim, materials, ergonomic and integration areas. Our client also has well-developed skills in the packaging and integration of electrical systems.
Other company core competencies include engineering, design and other FEA / CAE analysis resources, and the development and execution of complex test and validation activities.
This company realizes that this aggressive growth strategy will necessitate the establishment of facilities in proximity to future customers as needed, and is seeking the correctly skilled and professional Sales Development Manager to help lead the way.
